I was trying to add the mp3 of the club meeting, but I could not, so the mp3 player is attached to a very "crunchy granola" website. Be aware, as I now know, that once you post to this blog, you can no longer edit the html or xml on your post. Mistakes can be hard to fix unless you just delete the post. And no, it will not allow you to copy and repost the text without physically retyping it. Bummer!

Thank you for being at the meeting. It was great!
Hey everybody,
Thank you for coming to the meeting yesterday. The attendees voted for an amount of $20.00 dues per academic year. The academic year runs from the first day of fall semester to the day before that date the following. This means this year it runs from August 20, 2007 to August 19, 2008.
Please feel free use the blog to make agenda suggestions or comments. You can also contact me at mao2233@vancouver.wsu.edu. I am posting an mp3 (unedited) of the DTC Club meeting on 9/6/2007. The quality is a bit rough at first, and I am appalled by all of my "ums" and "ands," and so it goes.
It appears this blog only posts text, images and videos, so this is the second time I have tried to post something on this blog with no success. I will e-mail it to those who attended the meeting, as well as those of you who ask me to send you a copy.

Welcome!
Hello fellow DTC students and DTC Club members. Until we have a website up and running, this will serve as a way of communicating with each other.
I had hoped to share the poster for the first DTC Club meeting of the semester with you on this page. Unfortunately, it is saved in the wrong format to be uploaded to this blog. Look for this poster at various posting boards on campus. I will also have copies to share at the DTC Student Orientation hosted by Dr. Dene Grigar, Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. in VMMC Room 115A.
The DTC Club meeting will happen Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. in the VMMC Building, Conference Room 202Q. I will have an agenda up soon.
If you have any suggestions for topics of discussion at the next meeting, please feel free to submit them. The DTC Club is your group and our group. Let's work together to make it a fun learning forum and environment.
Please remember this is a public forum and post comments which are appropriate to such a space.
I look forward to sharing this forum with you until we get the DTC Club website up and going. If possible, this forum will be included in the website when it is completed.
